100% Pinot Noir from a plot at the foot of the Serra de Font-Rubí in the Mas Moió vineyards (Guardiola de Font-Rubí, altitude 395 m). The area features deep, well-drained loam soils with medium to moderately fine clay loam texture, very few large components, and calcium carbonate accumulations. An intense, fresh, and elegant varietal cava.
Pairings: Excellent with all kinds of appetizers, oriental, Thai, or Caribbean spicy food, and Mediterranean cuisine. A great ally of the best ingredients.

100% Xarel·lo from the Penedès depression at 300 metres above sea level. The grapes come from 40-year-old gobelet vines with yields of 8,000 kg/ha. This cava has been aged for a minimum of 78 months under natural cork. Named as a tribute to the family matriarch, this long-aged cava reflects the commitment to patience and tradition passed down through generations.

A blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. This magnum format represents a limited production where every detail has been carefully considered to convey a special and unique character. Pale yellow with slightly golden hues and a determined, intense, and deep personality. Fine, melting, and creamy bubble. A medium-intensity cava where floral notes and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and broom predominate. The fruity character expresses itself as pear and green apple, grapefruit, peach, and apricot, with a light and silky mid-palate. The aroma shows fruity notes with a predominance of citrus fruits and a hint of salt. A lively finish with sustained acidity blends with the bitter touch typical of Brut Nature, adding length to the whole.
